With your support, we are able to “keep the lights on” and maintain a diverse range of entertainment and educational opportunities for residents and youth.   • DIRECTOR:
    $1,000 – $2,000
  • • ½ page ad for your business in every playbill of the season
    • 4 tickets to every show of the season OR theatre private buyout for non musical show.
  • PERFORMER:
    $500 – $900
  • • Name or Business listed in every playbill
    • 2 tickets to every show of the season
  • SUPPORTING ACTOR:
    $250 – $400
  • • Support noted with your name in the credits in the back of the playbill
    • 2 tickets to one show of the season
  • FRIEND OF THE THEATRE:
    $100 – $200

Tax Deductible

If you would rather receive a full tax deduction, you can opt out of the tickets and/or buyouts, ads, single tickets from the above packages.
Upon receipt of a donation we will send acknowledgement with our 501c(3) tax ID # for your records.

THEATRE BUYOUT

Hosting a buy-out covers the directors budget for a show and is a perfect way to say thank you to your employees or to tell long time clients and associates how much you appreciate them and solidify future relationships. for our fellow non-profits, this is also a great opportunity for fundraising!
● You receive one night where the theatre is open only for you and your guests.
● Pre-show party opportunity with theatre-provided host support
● Complimentary coffee/tea (you are welcome to bring in any additional concession items you choose)
● Private performance beginning at 7:30pm
● Nights available are Wednesdays & Thursdays of show weeks $800 for a straight play and $1000 for a musical

THEATRE BUYOUT PLUS SPONSORSHIP

Show sponsorship at barnstormers theatre covers the full cost of performance rights for one of the plays during our season. This is the most expensive individual cost associated with putting on a show. As our thanks to you for providing this vital funding, you receive everything included in a buy-out in addition to the following increased advertising from barnstormers.
● your business’ name will be featured in all the promotions for that show on the barnstormers marquee, website and print materials
● highlighted posts featuring your business on barnstormers social media accounts
● a full- page color ad in the show’s playbill. During the run of the show, this will be in front of over 1,000 patrons of the theatre. $2500 for a straight play and $3000 for a musical

Every patron who attends a barnstormers show receives a playbill. Often these playbills are taken home as souvenirs and shared with friends and family. Your ad will end up in hundreds of homes and seen by many. Best of all, our patrons see that you support the arts in our community! Place an ad in our playbill
